These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Star Analyzer, including the website, web application, Windows application, support resources, downloads, updates, and related services. The Service is provided by Star Analyzer.

Star Analyzer is software for organizing and analyzing real estate investment information. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, appraisal, brokerage, or financial advice.

Accounts And Access

Some parts of the Service may require an account, license, unlock code, or login credentials. Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under their accounts.

Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Star Analyzer for internal business or personal real estate analysis purposes.

• Do not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially host the Service for others.
• Do not bypass license, login, security, usage, or access controls.
• Do not use the Service to access data that does not belong to you.
• Do not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Service.

Customer Data

Customer data remains owned by the customer. Star Analyzer may host, process, transmit, back up, and use customer data as needed to provide, maintain, support, secure, and improve the Service.

Payments, Renewals, And Support

Current pricing and purchase options are shown at checkout or on the Star Analyzer website. A new purchase currently includes access, updates, support, and cloud data storage for the period stated at purchase. Continued access, support, updates, or cloud storage may require renewal.

Outputs depend on user-provided assumptions and data. Users should consult qualified legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, lending, brokerage, or investment professionals before making business or financial decisions.
